Playa Calatagan House Construction Rules

Step 1: Submit a duly accomplished Notice of Intent to Construct Form addressed to Engr. Exy Bonuan, Village Site administrator. Upon verification, the approved form will be returned to the lot owner.

Step 2: Prior to ANY architectural design work, the lot owner shall secure the following required forms concerning house construction, pre-construction guidelines and Deed of Restrictions.

Step 3: The lot owner and architect will prepare the following house construction requirements in accordance with Playa Calatagan's construction guidelines and deed of restrictions:
- One (1) set of Architectural plans (blue or white print for review)
- One (1) set of Engineering plans (blue or white print for review)
All prints should be signed by the lot owner while the Architect and Engineers (Civil, Sanitary and Electrical) need to affix their signature and seal.

Step 4: Once the requirements are met (based on the restrictions), the lot owner will submit their house construction plan requirements by the Design Review Committee of the Playa Calatagan Homeowner's Association for evaluation and approval. The approved plans will be released to the owner of their architect.

Step 5: The lot owner must sercure the needed legal permits, such as the Barangay Clearance from the Sta. Ana Barangay hall, Mayor's permit, and the municipal building permit from the Calatagan Municipal hall.

Step 6: The lot owner must submit a copy of the permits and other necessary forms to the Playa Calatagan Site Administration office in order to start house construction mobilization. The Village Engineer will then submit an assessment of charges and fees for house construction to the lot owner.

Step 7: Lot owner shall settle the balance of the contract price at the Landco Pacific Corporation head office.

Step 8: Lot owner/Architect shall submit the proof of payment of the remaining balance of the contract price to the Playa Calatagan Site Administration office, who will then issue all the necessary approved clearances in order to begin house construction.

Playa Calatagan Beach Club Rules and Regulations

Playa Rules and Regulations

1. For your own safety, please refrain from swimming in the beach area after 6:00PM. SWIM ONLY WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED SWIMMING ZONES THAT ARE MARKED BY BUOYS OR FLAGS.

2. Help us take care of our unique marine environment. Collecting starfish and other small fish is highly discouraged.

3. In order to keep our sand clean and debris free, COOKING and GRILLING at the beach are strictly prohibited.

Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations

1. Lot owners must accompany their guests. The lot owners shall be responsible for the behavior of guests. Any damage caused by the lot owner or his/her guests shall be chargeable to the lot owners.

2. BRINGING IN OF FOOD AND DRINKS is stricly prohibited in the Beach Club Complex.

3. Children under eight (8) years old must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times.

4. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

5. PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE must be worn inside the premises of the pool. Swimming attire shall include swimming trunks, bathing suits and board shorts. T-shirts, walking shorts, athletic shorts, cycling shorts, maong shorts & basketball shorts are not allowed.

6. It is mandatory for all persons to take a shower before swimming in the pool.

7. Persons with infectious or communicable diseases are prohibited from using the pool.

8. Spitting, spouting water, blowing the nose or discharging bodily wastes in the pool is strictly prohibited.

9. Running, pushing and rough play, as well as boisterous or excessive noise is strictly prohibited around the pool area, showers and dressing rooms. Management will not be held liable for accidents caused by such activities.

10. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the swimming pool. Eating is also prohibited in the pool and garden cabanas. Eating shall be strictly confined at the specified dining areas.

11. Smoking is not allowed only in specific smoking areas. Flammable materia such as cigarettes, tobacco and lighters are not allowed within or around the cabanas, juice bar and toilet pavilion.

12. Prohibited drugs & other controlled substances are not allowed in the Beach Club Complex.

13. Diving in the pool is prohibited.

14. For safety reasons, running, sitting or leaning on the pool's infinity edge is strictly prohibited.

15. Littering is prohibited. Please discard of trash in trash bins located around the area.

16. SOAP OR SIMILAR MATERIALS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH.

17. Materials that smay pose a danger to other pool users and are of hazardous nature such as metal, hard plastics, glass that may break or may cause harm are not permmitted near the pool.

18. Please do not leave your valuables unattended. Management will not be held responsible for any loss of items around the pool area. Lockers are provided to secure personal belongings. Items left in the locakers after the end of the day will be removed and deposited at the Beach Club's lost and found area.

19. Domestic staff or household help such as drivers and yayas are not allowed to use the beach club pool.

20. Management reserves the right to alter these rules and regulations without prior notice.

21. The pool manager on duty has the authority to enforce these rules and may remove from the pool area any patron who violates these rules.
